a mixed stay
the venue was beautifully decorated.
the room service food disappointed me. i ordered a sharing platter of artisan breads and dips, but there were only two breads. one was just thick slices of toasted bread, and the other was foccacia with 3 tiny ramekins.

i found the breakfast to be amazing. the hotel had a wide array of choices, and everything was delicious. the comfortable bed ensured restful sleep.

clean features great value
The room had clean features and great value. I found all staff helpful. The venue was beautifully decorated.
The front desk did not respond to my calls , made leaving difficult. They also did not respond to emails.

satisfactory experience
amazing art great breakfast dirty throw cold room
the castle is fine. they had amazing art on display at all floors. a map with all the art was given at check in. breakfast was great. room service was excellent.
i arrived on one of the coldest days of the year. the air conditioning was on in the room and set to the lowest temperature possible. i played with settings but nothing worked. a throw on the bed was very stained and dirty. the headboard also was stained.
